What we check
- PDM what the municipal plan provides for this plot (the decision is the câmara’s and the architect’s).
- PIP whether it is worth asking the câmara for prior information.
- Access street width, machine entry.
- Water, power and sewage what already reaches the plot and what is left to connect.
- Slope and soil walls, rock, earthworks.
- Rústico or urbano the classification changes everything else.
